Digital license purchases

Renamy is a downloadable digital product. The free allowance is provided before purchase so you can test the application with your own files. After purchase, licenses are generally non-refundable.

This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Immediate delivery

At checkout, Polar may ask you to consent to immediate delivery of the digital license and acknowledge the effect this may have on statutory withdrawal rights. The wording and confirmation are handled through the merchant-of-record checkout.

Exceptions and payment issues

Contact help@renamy.app for duplicate charges, failed delivery, activation problems, or suspected payment errors. Polar may handle the payment transaction and any refund required by its checkout process or applicable law.
